Family Sitting Information-
Your sitting can be outdoor at your favorite location or in my large studio with lots of props and backdrops to choose from.  Sitting includes:  traditional, modern and in the moment poses, creative ideas, and a fun experience.  Personal items help to make a photo your own, so feel free to bring an old wagon, chair, blanket or any other personal touches.
 
Maternity-
Unlimited outfit changes, wraps, mommy by herself, mom and dad, as well as more of a boudoir look if desired.  Items such as:  blankets, booties, wedding rings, or name blocks add a personal touch.
 
($125) - 1-2 hours
 
The First Year - Newborn – ONE Year –
You are welcome to change baby as many times as you want and you’re always welcome to have a couple with Mom, Dad and other siblings.
 
Newborn - 2-3 hours – ($150)
3 month, 6 month, 9 month & one year – ($125) per sitting – 1-2 - hour sittings
 
Newborn, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, one year –
Bring your baby in for each of these 5 sittings and receive:
 
1- 10x20 canvas collage custom designed with favorites from each sitting. ($230 value)
 
1- Custom designed 8.5x11 20 page baby’s first year photo book ($250 value)
 
With a $100 order from each of the 5 sittings you will receive a flash drive with the edited images. ($500.00 value)
 
Newborn, 6 month and 1 Year –
A baby changes so quickly and is doing new things all the time, if you can’t bring them in every 3 months I would recommend doing every 6 months to document growth and changes.
 
With a $100 order from each of the 3 sittings you will receive a flash drive with the images.  ($300.00 value)
 
Newborn – under 2 weeks old –
This makes for a sleepy baby and allows me to mold them into beautiful poses and get all of the details and angles of your baby.  Be sure to bring lots of extra blankets, diapers and milk as the sitting generally takes 3 hours with lots of stops for feeding and changing.  Personal items, such as blankets, bears, trucks, etc., look great.
 
A Grow-With-Me item such as a bear or truck to use at each sitting helps show size of the growing baby. 
 
1 Year –
Cake smash is such a great way to capture the first birthday.  Bring a cake or cupcake for your child smash and eat at the 1 year sitting.  Balloons, banners or signs with everything they like and have accomplished also look great.
 
Family & Children-
As long as you’re all dressed up and ready to go let’s get all the pieces of your family.  Mom and dad, each child separate, as well as together, boys, girls, kids with mom, kids with dad, the entire family and some playful ones together.  You’re welcome to change outfits as many times as you wish within the allotted time.
 
Family sitting - ($150) 1-2 hours (in studio OR outdoor)
BOTH - in studio and outdoor – ($200)
Just one child alone – (18 mo. + great for birthday photos) – 30 min – ($100)
 
Extended Family Gatherings-
Up to 20 people – ($300)   2-3 hours
Up to 30 people – ($400)   2-3 hours
Groups of 30+ are priced on a per client basis determined by the number of people and ages of children depending on the amount of extra help I will need.   
 
Pets –
Pets are always welcome with your family outdoor at no additional charge.  In studio additional- ($20)
 
Glasses-
Glasses can cause distortion, glare and reflection.  Dark tinted glasses do not let you see the eyes.  This can be edited and retouched out (retouching fees do apply to glass glare), however it is less expensive and much easier if you can borrow a set of empty frames from your optometrist. 
 
Mileage –
Travel is ($.55) per mile for locations more than 15 miles from the studio.  If travel time is more than ½ hour, additional hourly charges may apply.
 
Locations –
McDowell dam, Capitol grounds, Mandan trolley, Sleepy Hollow, Alleyways and the river are great outdoor locations.  I am always up for something new, so if you have a spot you would like in your photo I would be happy to try it!
 
After your Session:
The images will be narrowed down to the best photos from the session, ensuring you a good variety of photos to choose from.  Special effects such as black and white, sepia, touch of colors, borders, skin softening and more will be added to show you some available options.
 
In 2-3 weeks, your images will be posted online for you to view.  You will choose a login and password for your proofing gallery.  This allows you to share with your family and friends, and also gives them the opportunity to place their orders online.

Digital Images –
Portrait orders $400.00 + can purchase the digital images on a flash drive for $100.00
After the rights have been purchased – I will offer a 25% discount on future portrait orders and photo books & 10% off custom cards - this ensures you will have a high quality print.
